PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE IN USD (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: A 4-day/3-night prize trip to the ESSENCE Festival of Culture® in New Orleans, Louisiana (“Event”), for the one (1) winner and up to three (3) guests, from July 3 – July 6, 2026 comprised of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare awarded in the form of four (4) Delta Air Lines vouchers (should the winner reside in the United States) OR round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion should the winner reside in Canada); (ii) lodging, room and tax only, for up to four (4) people (two rooms, double occupancy) at a hotel to be selected by the Sponsor for three (3) consecutive nights; (iii) four (4) three-day passes to the ESSENCE Festival of Culture® at the Caesars Superdome; and (iv) a $2,000 USD Gift Card (as solely determined by the Sponsor) to be utilized for incidentals.
