PRIZE: There will be one (1) Prize awarded to Winner. Prize consists of a trip for Winner and one (1) Guest to New York, NY to attend the 138th Annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show. Trip includes the following:
 (i) roundtrip (coach/economy) airfare for Winner and Guest from a major airport near Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor’s in their sole discretion) to a major airport in or near New York, NY;
 (ii) hotel accommodations for Winner and Guest for three (3) nights (standard room/double occupancy/room and tax only);
 (iii) two (2) tickets for Winner and Guest to attend Event, scheduled to take place February 9-12, 2014 at Madison Square Garden, 2 Penn Plaza, New York, NY 10121; and
 (iv) a gift bag for Winner containing up to one hundred dollars ($100) worth of Event and/or MSG merchandise.

 Airfare element of Prize must not exceed one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500). Hotel Accommodations element of Prize must not exceed one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200). Guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age and the age of majority in his/her state of residence. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is three thousand four hundred dollars ($3,400).
