PRIZES & ODDS OF WINNING: (13): One Other Source Entry Winner and Twelve (12) Source Entry Winners (collectively, “Winners”) will each receive as the Prize a Glucerna Life in Balance Six Month Package consisting of 31 sessions with a Fitness/Personal trainer, 1 monthly session with a Nutritionist/Dietician; 3 sessions with a Clinical Diabetes Educator; and 1 monthly session with a Life Coach who will be leading and coordinating the aforementioned professional team of experts and homework assignments/follow-up calls; and 5 additional hours for email and/or telephone consultations with either the Nutritionist, Dietician or Clinical Diabetes Educator (Total ARV each Prize: $6,000; Total ARV of all Prizes: $78,000).
