Prizing: One Grand Prize: (A) One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win: (i) Five Hundred Dollars ($500) cash (Grand Prize Winner only); and (ii) a trip to Denver, Colorado for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests on September 18-20, 2010 consisting of the following: (a) round trip coach class air transportation for four (4) people between the major U.S. commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Denver, Colorado (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000.00); (b) ground transportation between the airport and hotel (the “Hotel”) accommodations (ARV: $350.00); (c) Hotel accommodations for three (3) days/two (2) nights on September 18 and 19, 2010 (two (2) standard double occupancy rooms, room rate and tax only) (ARV: $1200.00); (d) attendance for four (4) at an exclusive GAC-hosted barbecue event (the “GAC BBQ Event”); (e) attendance for four (4) at the performance by the Zac Brown Band at the GAC BBQ Event; (f) a meet and greet with the Zac Brown Band; (g) ground transportation to and from the GAC BBQ Event (ARV: $350.00), (h) one (1) autographed Zac Brown Band compact disc/DVD entitled, “The Foundation” (for Grand Prize Winner only) (ARV: $15.00); and (i) one (1) GAC prize pack (for Grand Prize Winner only) which includes: (a) one (1) Autographed Southern Ground Cookbook (ARV: $32); (b) Southern Ground Rubs or Spices (ARV: $15); and (c) one (1) Zac Brown Band T-Shirt (ARV: $25).
