PRIZES: A. Daily Prizes: Twenty-eight (28) Daily Prizes of a pair (one (1)) of Forsake shoes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The maximum approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Daily Prize is $170. Once the Email Notification is received, Prize winners may click the “Redeem Prize” link found within the Email Notification. Upon clicking the “Redeem Prize” button and following the instructions provided, Daily Prize Winners will automatically receive a unique code to redeem the Daily Prize. To redeem, click “Copy Code” to copy the code to your device’s clipboard and “Redeem Now” to be automatically directed to forsake.com to choose the desired pair of shoes (up to $170) and submit shipping information. All Daily Prizes must be redeemed by January 31, 2022 or Daily Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. Limit of one (1) Daily Prize per person.
