One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of mortgage payments for one year (“Mortgage for a Year”). Sweepstakes Grand Prize will be awarded as a check for $30,000, payable to the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner. You do not need to have a mortgage or own a home in order to win the Mortgage for a Year prize. Sweepstakes Grand Prize winners may spend his/her prize winnings at his/her sole discretion and is not required to use any prize winnings toward the payment of a mortgage. The Mortgage for a Year prize was derived using an average loan amount of $155,000, 360 month term and interest rate of 5.500%, rounded to the nearest $100, plus average taxes and insurance of $350 per month for an average total monthly Principal, Interest, Taxes and Insurance (“PITI”) of $1250 per month, multiplied by 2 to allow for above average payments, multiplied by 12 monthly payments for a total amount of $30,000. ARV: $30,000. 

Twenty (20) Sweepstakes First Prizes will be available, each consisting of one (1) autographed Kevin Harvick hat. ARV: $12 each. Color and size of hat determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
