Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two (winner and guest, age 18 or older) Trip includes one-way coach air transportation for two from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to New York, NY (as determined by Sponsor) on [11/10], one (1) night standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (one room) in New York City (determined by Sponsor) on the night of [11/10], one-way first class airfare for two with Taylor Swift from the New York area to Nashville, TN (as determined by Sponsor) on [11/11], and two night standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (one room) in Nashville, TN (determined by Sponsor) for the nights of [11/11 & 11/12], and one-way coach air transportation for two from Nashville, TN to a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) on [11/13]. Winner and guest will join CMA Week activities (list of events TBD) in Nashville, including two tickets to the CMA Awards on [11/12]. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000. Value of trip may vary depending on location of winner’s residence. Certain travel restrictions may apply. If a winner resides within a 100 mile radius of New York City, ground transportation to New York City or from New York City back to the winner’s home may be provided in lieu of air transportation. If a winner resides within a 100 radius of Nashville, ground transportation from Nashville to the winner’s home may be provided in lieu of air transportation Travel arrangements must be made through the Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of the Sponsor’s choice. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. In addition, travel companion of Winner must be 18 years of age or older. If the Winner cannot travel on the dates specified by the Sponsor, the Winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. If the concert or any related prize event is cancelled, the Winner will receive the trip less tickets to the performance and the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Winner. If the concert is postponed, the Winner’s trip will be re-scheduled for the date in which the concert will take place. Expiration dates will not be extended, and tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold to a third party. No prize substitutions, cash equivalent, or transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize subject to availability and the Sponsor reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to award a prize of greater or equal value if the advertised prize is unavailable. If winner cannot travel on dates specified by Sponsor, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. All other costs not specifically stated herein, including, but not limited to, taxes, meals, tips and ground transportation, are the responsibility of the winner. Taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon hotel check in to cover any incidental expenses incurred during their stay. Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) where applicable, at their option, and hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Winner and travel companion must sign a Publicity, Liability Waiver and Travel Release form prior to traveling. If a selected event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, or for any reason beyond the control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor’s sole responsibility to a Winner will be to award the remaining available portion of the prize and no substitution will be provided for unawarded portion of prize. Winner is responsible for federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein, including, without limitation, ground transportation, meals and gratuities, not specified herein. Prize winner must supply the Sponsor with their Social Security Number for tax purposes. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Seat locations to be determined by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or guest if he/she engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the concert.
