Prize: There will be a total of two winners (each, a “Winner”) and two prizes awarded in these sweepstakes. One Winner will be selected from all entries received from eligible entrants located in the United States. The other Winner will be selected from all entries received from eligible entrants located in Canada. Each Winner of the Drawing (defined below) will receive the following in connection with his/her participation in the Triumph Rides America escorted Triumph Tour (the “Tour”), which will start on May 5, 2014 in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA and finish on May 12, 2014 in Las Vegas: (a) coach-class round-trip airfare on a nationally or internationally recognized commercial carrier from the airport designated by the Organizer in the Winner’s state or province/territory of residence to the airport in Las Vegas, Nevada designated by the Organizer, (b) round-trip airport transfers from the arrival airport to a hotel designated by the Organizer, (c) fully-paid hotel accommodations at hotels designated by the Organizer in Las Vegas and at all stops on the Tour from the time of the Winner’s arrival in Las Vegas through the end of the Tour, (d) payment for or reimbursement of all meals from the time of the Winner’s arrival in Las Vegas through the last day of the Tour (including a reasonable level of beverages with lunch and dinner, up to US$10 per meal), (d) the provision of a back-up vehicle to transport the Winner’s luggage between hotels on the Tour, (e) payment for or reimbursement of all gasoline required for the Participant’s motorcycle during the Tour, and (e) the loan of a Triumph motorcycle by the Promoter to the Organizer for use by the Winner during the Tour (collectively, the “Prize”).
The value of the Prize will be paid by the Promoter to the Organizer, and the Organizer will (either itself or through an Operator) arrange for all airline tickets, transfers, accommodations, meals and other prize components to be paid for the benefit of or delivered to the Winner, as appropriate.
The retail value of each Prize is estimated to be US$11,300 (US$10,860 plus air fare, which will depend on the location of the Winner and airfare fluctuations at the time of travel, but has been estimated for purposes of these sweepstakes at US$440).
