How to Enter
During the Giveaway Entry Period, download and launch the rue21 Mobile App from your mobile device. When you download and launch the rue21 Mobile App for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and mobile phone number. After launching the rue21 Mobile App, complete and submit the Giveaway entry form that pops up on the mobile app home screen to enter the Giveaway. You must submit your e-mail address to enter the Giveaway. Submission of your mobile phone number is optional and is not required to enter the Giveaway.
