Prize: (1 winner) trip for 2 to New York City, NY to attend the premiere of “One for the Money”. Prize package includes: round trip economy class air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and one guest to New York City, NY departing from the major airport nearest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence and arriving at the major airport nearest New York, New York; 2-nights hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and one guest (single room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Lionsgate in its sole discretion; two tickets to attend the Premiere; and a $250 American Express Gift Card. (ARV $2,500). The Grand Prize will be fulfilled by Lionsgate. If you are selected as the potential Grand Prize winner, Lionsgate will use the information you submit in connection with this Sweepstakes to fulfill the Grand Prize.

The Premiere is currently anticipated to be held on or about January 23, 2012. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to participate in the Grand Prize trip during the dates specified by Lionsgate, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Nothing set forth herein shall be construed to require Lionsgate to hold a premiere of “One For The Money” at any particular time, or at all. In the event that the Premiere listed in the Grand Prize description does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons included but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, or for any other reason, then in lieu of attending the Premiere, the Grand Prize winner will receive a $2,500 American Express Gift Card, which shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s and Lionsgate’s prize obligation to the Grand Prize winner, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded.
