Prize & Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for winner to the “2010 Fortune Brainstorm: GREEN Conference” (“Event”) at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel in Dana Point, California (ARV: $4,995). Grand Prize consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation to an area airport (near Dana Point, CA selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor) for winner from a major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence; two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodations, $400 spending money to be used toward ground transportation, and a ticket to the Event. Event ticket includes the complete program, scheduled meals while at the Event, and conference materials. The $400 spending money will be paid in the form of a check. Grand Prize does not include any costs or charges not expressly stated above, including, without limitation, ground transportation, meals other than that specified herein, hotel incidentals, gratuities or service charges, all of which are the responsibility solely of the winner. Ground transportation will be substituted for air travel if winner lives within one-hundred (100) miles of Event at Sponsor’s discretion. Actual value of trip depends on location of winner, airfare and room rates at time of stay. If actual value of trip is lower than ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Grand Prize winner must travel together on same itinerary and dates (tentatively scheduled for April 12-14, 2010 but subject to change) specified by the Sponsor or forfeit all rights to prize.
