One (1) GRAND PRIZE: There will be (1) Prize awarded. The winner of the Prize in this section (“Prize Winner”) will receive the following prize package: a Three (3) Night Trip for Two to Manhattan, NY (“Trip”). Trip will include the following:

· Roundtrip (coach class) air transportation from the nearest major airport closest to the Prize Winner’s home address to the Trip destination (Manhattan, NY) for Prize Winner and one (1) guest

· Three (3) nights’ (double occupancy) first class hotel accommodations.

· Prize Winner to receive a total of $500 in spending money (check payable to Prize Winner).

· Prize Winner and guest to receive a free facial and skin consultation at Kiehl’s flagship store in New York, New York.

· Winner to receive a Kiehl’s gift basket of products, as determined by the Prize Supplier in its absolute sole discretion.

Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of this Prize may not exceed $7,550.

Fifty (50) SECOND PRIZES: Each Winner will receive, via mail, one (1) Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream 50ml/1.7 fl.oz. ARV $38 each.

Total ARV of all Prizes in this Sweepstakes is $9,450.
