Grand Prize: (1 winner) a trip to New York City to attend the Janet Jackson performance at the Nokia Theater. The Grand Prize will include two (2) nights and three (3) days trip for two includes: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two to New York, New York (the “Destination”) from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, near the Grand Prize winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sirius; provided that Sirius reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) 2-nights hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only); and (c) 2 tickets to the Event. Dates and Location of Event subject to change or cancellation by Sponsor. If the Event is cancelled, Sirius’ only obligation to the Grand Prize winners is to award the transportation and hotel accommodations listed below. All traveling companions must be 18 years or older, sign a release prior to booking travel, and if a Minor (as determined in his or her state of residency) must have a parent or legal guardian sign the release on his/her behalf. Actual retail value of the Grand Prize depends on location of winner and fares at time of departure but is estimated at $2000 and $150 for each First Prize. All other expenses not mentioned herein, including without limitation, ground transportation, meals, additional hotel amenities, fees and gratuities, are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and traveling companion. Travel and hotel accommodations for Grand Prize winner are subject to availability. Certain blackout dates and material restrictions may apply. If the Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel on dates specified, tentatively scheduled for February 25, 2008 and February 27, 2008, the selected Grand Prize Winner(s) will forfeit the prize and another entrant will be selected from among eligible Entries received.
First Prize: (2 winners) a pair of tickets to attend the Janet Jackson performance at the Nokia Theater, tentatively scheduled on February 26, 2008 (“Event”). No transportation will be provided to First Prize winners.
