Open only to legal residents of the United States (“S.”) who reside in CA, CT, DE, ID, MA, MD, MI, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, VA, VT, or WA (the “Eligibility Area”) and are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry, and have their own active Instagram account
HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter, as follows:
Via Facebook Comment: During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, the Sponsor will make a post in relation to the Sweepstakes inviting entrants to enter the Sweepstakes on the Rite Aid Facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/riteaid) (the “Post”). Once you see the Post, you may enter the Sweepstakes on Facebook.com or using the Facebook application by (i) following the instructions outlined in the Post to “like” the Rite Aid Facebook page (if you do not “like” the Rite Aid Facebook page already) and (ii) posting a comment on the Post using Your Facebook Account that complies with the “Entry Requirements” (defined below) sharing the title of your “Favorite Holiday Movie” (the “Facebook Comment Submission”).
Via Instagram Comment: During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, the Sponsor will make a post in relation to the Sweepstakes inviting entrants to enter the Sweepstakes on the @riteaid Instagram account (the “Post”). Once you see the Post, you may enter the Sweepstakes on Instagram.com or using the Instagram application by (i) following the instructions outlined in the Post to follow @riteaid (if you do not follow already) and (ii) posting a comment on the Post using Your Instagram Account that complies with the “Entry Requirements” (defined below) sharing the title of your “Favorite Holiday Movie” (the “Instagram Comment Submission”).
Limit one (1) Facebook Comment Submission and one (1) Instagram Comment Submission per person for a total of two (2) Entries per person during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
TWENTY-FIVE (25) PRIZES: Each prize consists of one (1) Rite Aid Gift Card. The actual retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is $100. The total ARV of all prizes is $2,500.
