Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for Winner and one Guest to New York, New York on September 7, 2011 to September 10, 2011 to attend QVC’s Fashion Night Out Event. Prize includes: roundtrip coach airfare for two from the airport hub nearest to Winner’s residence (airport of departure to be selected by Sponsor in their sole discretion). If Winner lives within 150 miles of New York, New York, alternate ground transportation will be arranged by Sponsor (in their sole discretion); Standard hotel accommodations (one (1) double occupancy room) in New York, New York at a hotel selected by Sponsor. Only standard accommodations are included. Any additional costs or incidentals, such as room service, are the Winner’s responsibility; Ground transportation to and from airport (if applicable); Hair styling and products for Winner and Guest; Gift Bag of QVC products for Winner and Guest; Makeup application for Winner and Guest; $500 cash or cash equivalent (i.e., gift card, with the issuer gift card being determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for Winner and Guest each for trip; Two Tickets to a Runway Show; VIP attendance to QVC’s Fashion Night Out Event on September 8, 2011; and $1,000 cash for Winner to be used towards any taxes associated with receiving the prize.
