Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to be used by the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to New York City for a night out with two (2) “Jersey Shore” cast members which may include dinner and/or any activity to be determined by MTVN at its sole discretion at a location selected by MTVN in its sole discretion, currently scheduled for September 9, 2010 (the “Event”).one (1) night standard hotel accommodations in New York City for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (d) dinner for six (6) at a New York City restaurant to be selected by MTVN in its sole discretion; (e) limousine service from New York City to Seaside Heights, New Jersey; (f) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations in Seaside Heights, New Jersey for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy.(“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,750.00
