PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 4 day/3 night trip for two (2) to Portland (Oregon) to for a guided Fishing trip and visit to Leatherman Headquarters (“Event”). The Approximate Retail Value of the trip is $5,000. The Grand Prize winner has the option of accepting the aforementioned trip prize or a $3,000 cash award. The trip package includes: round trip-airfare for two (2) from the major commercial airport nearest the winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Portland, Oregon, transportation to and from the airport (in Portland, Oregon) to the Hotel, 4 days/3 nights accommodations for two (2) people in a (double-occupancy) room, Guided Fishing trip and a guided tour of the Leatherman Tool Headquarters and a $300 spending stipend. Trip must be completed by May 31, 2009 or prize will be forfeited.
One (1) First Prize winner will receive a Flat Screen Television (ARV-$1,500).
Three (3) Second Prize winners will each receive a $250 Visa Gift Card.
