Grand Prize is a one (1) lump sum payment of one million U.S. dollars ($1,000,000) (the “Grand Prize”). For the avoidance of doubt, if multiple eligible Entrants submit a Perfect Bracket, the tie-break procedure outlined above will be used to determine a single Perfect Bracket Grand Prize winner. A maximum of one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded for the entire Game.
One (1) First Prize: A 4-day/3-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to NBA All-Star 2020 in Chicago, IL between February 14, 2020 and February 17, 2020 consisting of round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest to winner’s residence in the U.S., standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations, two tickets to the 2020 NBA All-star Game and ground transportation to/from the airport and the applicable hotel (ARV of First Prize package=$4,000). Actual prize value will vary depending on winner’s city of departure.
Four (4) Second Prizes:Winner’s choice of two (2) Tickets to a regular season 2019-20 NBA game (ARV=$599). ARV of NBA Game tickets is as of the printing dates of these Official Rules and may vary based on the selected NBA market

NBA Playoffs Bracket Challenge (“Game”) is devised as a non-gambling promotion and is intended solely for entertainment purposes. The Game is based on the results of the 2019 NBA Playoff Games (the “Playoff Games”). The Playoff Games consist of four (4) Rounds, a) Round 1: First Round, consisting of match-ups between sixteen (16) teams, b) Round 2: Conference Semi-Finals Round, consisting of match-ups between eight (8) teams, c) Round 3: Conference Finals Round,: consisting of match-ups between four (4) teams, and d) Round 4: The Finals Round, a single match-up between two (2) teams (each match-up between two (2) teams, a “Series”), as detailed below. “Entrants” (as defined below) will be awarded points by correctly predicting the NBA teams that will win each Series in the 2019 Playoff Games and the total number of games each Series will last as detailed below

If you correctly pick only the winning NBA team of a Series (and not the correct number of games played in the Series), you will receive half of the points available for the Series. For example, if you choose Cleveland to win their First Round Series in four (4) games, but they win the Series in five (5) games, you will receive 50 points for the Series instead of 100.
Grand Prize will only be awarded in the event that an Entrant submits a Perfect Bracket prior to 12:00:00PM ET on April 18, 2019. In order to have a Perfect Bracket, you must select the winning NBA team of each Series and the number of games played in each Series correctly in accordance to these Official Rules.If no Entrant submits a Perfect Bracket the Grand Prize will not be awarded.The
