Void in California, Florida, New York and Texas
A total of ten (10) prizes are available to be won, consisting of one (1) Grand Prize and
nine (9) Secondary Prizes.
The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes available in the Contest is $6,000
CAD.
Grand Prize
There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won with an ARV of $5,100 CAD
The Grand Prize consists of a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to attend one of Mt.
Joy’s flagship shows in North America in 2027.
The applicable flagship show will be selected by the Sponsor from among Mt. Joy’s
most prominent scheduled North American shows in 2027, taking into consideration the
venue, anticipated attendance, tour schedule, ticket availability and travel availability.
The Grand Prize includes:
● round-trip transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from a departure
location within North America to the selected show destination;
● transportation by air, train and/or bus, as reasonably determined by the Sponsor
based on the winner’s location and selected destination;
● one (1) night hotel accommodation for the winner and guest, based on one room
and double occupancy;
● two (2) tickets to the selected Mt. Joy show;
● exclusive Mt. Joy x Collective Arts merchandise; and
● signed Mt. Joy poster(s).
Unless expressly stated above, no additional travel expenses are included. Meals,
gratuities, baggage fees, travel insurance, passport or visa costs, hotel incidentals, local
transportation and other personal expenses are the responsibility of the winner and
guest.
Actual Grand Prize value may vary depending on the winner’s point of departure,
destination, transportation method, travel dates and other factors. No difference
between the stated ARV and actual value will be awarded.
Secondary Prizes
There are nine (9) Secondary Prizes available to be won.
Each Secondary Prize consists of:
● one (1) Mt. Joy x Collective Arts hoodie, T-shirt or tote bag; and
● one (1) signed Mt. Joy poster.
The specific merchandise item awarded will be determined by the Sponsor based on
available inventory, sizing and availability.
The ARV of each Secondary Prize is $100 CAD.
The total ARV of all nine (9) Secondary Prizes is $900 CAD
