Then, follow the directions to upload one (1) photo or a photo collage that displays
your tailgate spread (“Theme”) (“Submission”).
Limit: Each entrant may upload one (1) Submission during the Contest Period.
Winner Determination: After the conclusion of the Contest Period, a panel of qualified judges,
determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will select the one hundred one (101) entrants with the highestscoring Submissions (“Winners”) based on the following Judging Criteria:
• Visual Appeal (41%);
• Creativity/Originality (39%); and
• Quality of Submission (20%).
Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive one (1) $10,000 check. Actual Value (“AV”): $10,000.
ONE HUNDRED (100) FIRST PRIZES: Each winner will receive one (1) $100 prepaid card
