Grand Prize: The grand prize winner will receive a five (5) nights/six (6) days trip for two (2) adults to the Islands of the Bahamas. The trip includes: (1) round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) adults from an international airport nearest the winner’s home to Andros Town, Bahamas; (2) Marina room accommodations (one (1) room) for a five (5) night stay at the Kamalame Cay (subject to availability) based on the resort’s standard suite plan, which includes use of snorkel equipment, sea kayaks, complimentary breakfast baskets, afternoon cookie delivery, use of sand chariots (golf carts), wi-fi access and all resort amenities; (3) Two (2) massages at the spa at Kamalame Cay; and (4) Airport transfers to/from Andros Town airport. Winner is responsible for any and all local, state and/or federal taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded, including, without limitation, ground transportation, meals and drinks, activities, additional spa services, inter-island transportation, tours, gift shop purchases, entertainment, incidentals, telephone calls, gratuities or other personal expenses or hotel charges incurred. Travel is subject to availability and certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Blackout dates include but are not limited to: seven (7) days before and after all major U.S. holidays and the months of March and April 2009. Prize is valid for one (1) calendar year from issue date. No extension will be given after the trip has expired and the prize will be forfeited and sponsors will have no further obligation to the winner. Travel arrangements must be booked through sponsors’ agent and on a carrier of sponsors’ choice. Travel arrangements cannot be changed in any way once booked and confirmed. Sponsors are not responsible for lost or stolen prize certificates/redemption letters and the prize is not redeemable without the original prize certificates/ redemption letters.
Winner’s travel companion must be 18 years of age or older. Winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. The total approximate value of the grand prize: four thousand four hundred ten US dollars ($4410).
There will three (3) second place prizes consisting of a Bali Breeze collection. Each collection will consist of the following items: Bali Breeze Rejuvenating Shower Cream; Bali Breeze Renewing Sugar Scrub; Bali Breeze Soothing Body Butter; and Bali Breeze Luminous Moisture Gloss. The value of each second place prize is eighty five US dollars ($85).
