There is one (1) prize available to be won, which will include:

•Round trip economy air transportation for eight (8) people (including the winner) (the “Prize Group”) from the major commercial airport nearest the winner’s residence (“Departure Airport”) to the major commercial airport in British Columbia nearest the winner’s choice of resort (“Destination Airport”)
•Round trip ground transportation for the Prize Group from the Destination Airport to the winner’s choice of resort (the “Prize Resort”)
•A five (5) day stay at the Prize Resort, including four (4) nights’ standard accommodation for the eight (8) people in the Prize Group (based on double occupancy in each room)
•Three (3) days’ standard mountain lift tickets for the Prize Group
•Three (3) days’ equipment rentals (if required) for the Prize Group
•Two (2) dinners for the eight (8) people in the Prize Group (venue and menu to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion)
•One (1) BC Ski Games ‘Event Day’ (the “Event Day”) to be held at the Prize Resort during the five (5) day stay, during which the Prize Group will participate in three (3) BC Ski Games events as described below and will receive training from two Olympic gold medal athletes
The Sweepstakes winner will choose one (1) of the following thirteen (13) British Columbia ski resorts as the Prize Resort:

1.Apex Mountain Resort
◦BC Ski Games events:
��_’Match Your Time GS Race’: Prize Group will race down a hill
��_’Hockey Game’: Prize Group will split into two teams and play a game of hockey
��_’Snowshoeing’: Prize Group will race in snowshoes through different snowshoe trails

2.Big White Ski Resort
◦BC Ski Games events:
��_’Snowcross’: Prize Group will be able to compete on Big White’s own world class skier and snowboard cross course
��_’Speed Skiing’: Prize Group will have their own special area to compete to be the ‘fastest on the mountain’ as they soar down through the radar trap
��_’Signature Gunbarrel Coffee Event’: an après-ski event

3.Fernie Alpine Resort
◦BC Ski Games events:
��_’Long Distance Downhill’: a long-distance downhill race covering the entire length of the 5 km Falling Star run
��_’10k Snowmobile Safari’: Prize Group will participate in a scavenger hunt on snowmobiles in Fernie’s backcountry
��_’Hot Tub Ski Trivia’: Prize Group will compete against each other, in teams, in a game-show-style trivia contest set in a hot tub, using rubber duckies to ‘buzz in’ – the team with the most correct answers wins

4.Kicking Horse Mountain Resort
◦BC Ski Games events:
��_’Big Mountain Adventure’: Prize Group will be guided by a Big Mountain Centre Guide on an expedition into the newly opened ‘Super Bowl’ to explore the outer limits of the resort
��_’Tube Bowling’: a version of ten-pin bowling, in which the members of the Prize Group will ride through Kicking Horse’s tubing park and attempt to knock over inflatable skittles
��_’Design a Drink’: members of the Prize Group will compete against each other to create the best looking and tasting drinks at the Eagle’s Eye bar and restaurant

5.Kimberley Alpine Resort
◦BC Ski Games events:
��_’5K Dogsled’: Prize Group will race in dogsleds (with guides) on a 5k course
��_’500m Night Skate’: a race on a 500m skating course under the stars
��_’Hot Tub Trivia’: Prize Group will compete against each other, in teams, in a game-show-style trivia contest set in a hot tub, using rubber duckies to ‘buzz in’ – the team with the most correct answers wins

6.Mount Washington Alpine Resort
◦BC Ski Games events:
��_’Snowshoe Trivia Tour’: a snowshoe trivia tour around Mount Washington Alpine Resort
��_’Downhill Ski Race’: Prize Group will receive a downhill ski lesson and compete in a downhill ski race
��_’Cooking Class’: Prize Group will participate in an après-ski cooking class

7.Panorama Mountain Village
◦BC Ski Games events:
��_’Heli-Ski Tandem Downhill’: Prize Group will ski in two teams, side-by-side, down the powder run. Each team will be judged on their synchronicity, tightness of tracks, form and time takes to get down to the helicopter
��_’25m Hot Swim’: a 25m swimming race in Panorama’s big hot pool
��_’Ski and Fondue Combined’: Prize Group will compete to be the fastest team to get down the hill and finish their fondue food

8.Red Mountain Resort
◦BC Ski Games events:
��_’Ski Cross Relay’: Prize Group will race in two teams for the best time in a series of ‘Ski Cross’ events, including a trip up the chairlift
��_’Cat-Tandem Downhill’:
��_’Marshmallow Eating Contest’: Prize Group will have 60 seconds to see how many marshmallows they can eat

9.Revelstoke Mountain Resort
◦BC Ski Games events:
��_’Beacon Basin’: Prize Group will race in teams to find all the hidden beacons
��_’Dog Sledding’: a guided dog sledding tour around the mid-mountain of the Revelstoke Mountain Resort
��_’Après-Ski Event’: a wine tasting event at the Wine Bar

10.Silverstar Mountain Resort
◦BC Ski Games events:
��_’Biathlon’: Prize Group will put on a set of cross country skis and race around Silver Star Village
��_’The Great Silverstar Snowshoe Treasure Hunt’: fast feet and a quick mind is what it will take to win as the Prize Group races to find ‘prizes ‘
��_’Wines of the Okanagan Event’: an après-ski event
◦Dates on which Event Day is offered: any date before April 3, 2011
11.Sun Peaks Resort
◦BC Ski Games events:
��_’3 Mountain Competition’: Prize Group will be provided with the Sun Peaks 3 Mountain Tour map along with a ‘passport’ and must complete the tour of Tod, Sundance and Morrisey Mountains while collecting scavenger hunt points along the way
��_’Dummy Downhill’: Prize Group will be provided with an assortment of random items to build personalized ‘dummies’ to be launched off of a jump – the ‘dummy’ with the best crash and destruction wins!
��_’Dine Around &Trivia’: Prize Group will visit eight village restaurants ranging from German, Italian, Pacific Northwest, Asian cuisine and more, and will sample an appetizer at each location. At the end, the Prize Group will be quizzed on what they have eaten and on information provided by the servers along the way – most correct answers wins!

12.Whistler Blackcomb
◦BC Ski Games events:
��_’Family Tubing’: an event held in the Coca-Cola Tube Park on Blackcomb Mountain
��_’Ski Instruction’: a ½ day of ski instruction for the members of the Prize Group
��_’Lunch at Christine’s’: an event to be held at Christine’s on Blackcomb Mountain, which will include lunch for the Prize Group
b.Dates on which Event Day is offered: any Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday during the months of March or April, 2011
13.Whitewater Ski & Winter Resort
◦BC Ski Games events:
��_’Powder Downhill’: a downhill race to determine how fast the Prize Group can go in some deep champagne powder
��_’Whitewater Snowathlon’: Prize Group will compete in Whitewater’s version of the biathlon, a combination of cross-country skiing and snowball target shooting
��_’Cookie Curling’: an après-ski event

The Sweepstakes winner will be asked to definitively choose one (1) of the above resorts as the Prize Resort, notwithstanding which resort he/she may have indicated on his/her Entry.

The retail value of the prize will depend on the Departure Airport and Prize Resort, but is estimated to be approximately $25,000 CDN, based on an example New York City departure and Kicking Horse prize selection (or approximately $24,262 USD at an exchange rate of $1CDN = $0.97USD).

Prize travel must be completed by April 30, 2011
