One (1) First Prize. The First Prize consists of one (1) Apple iPad 2 mobile digital device, 64GB Wi-Fi +3G model (data plan not included). First Prize winner will have the opportunity to select either the AT&T compatible version of the iPad 2 or the Verizon compatible version. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the First Prize is Eight Hundred Twenty-Nine Dollars ($829.00).

 Two (2) Second Prizes. The Second Prize consists of an assortment of Tennis Channel merchandise which may include, without limitation, tennis racquet, bag, apparel, or accessories. The ARV of Second Prize is One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
