Prize: (1 winner) A trip to Miami, Florida for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest consisting of the following: (a) round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) people between the major U.S. commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Miami, Florida; (b) ground transportation between the airport and hotel (the “Hotel”) accommodations; (c) Hotel accommodations for three (3) days/two (2) nights (one (1) standard double occupancy rooms, room rate and tax only); (d) a meet and greet with Ingrid Hoffman at the studios in Miami; (e) an appearance in the form of a party guest on one (1) episode of Simply Delicioso (the “Episode”) (for the Grand Prize Winner only) (Approximate Retail Value of trip package (“ARV”): $3,420); and (f) $1,000.00 in cash (for the Grand Prize Winner only).
