The eBay Bucks Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to: (a) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Colombia who are 18 years of age and older and physically located and reside in the United States or District of Colombia; and (b) legal residents of Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who are of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence and physically located and residing in Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec); who are all of the following: (1) registered members of www.ebay.com or www.ebay.ca at the time of entry; (2) U.S. or Canadian eBay Bucks Program Members; (3) recipients of this email invitation (“Eligible Participant”).
