GRAND PRIZE/ODDS: There will be one (1) GRAND PRIZE awarded (“Prize”) to Winner. The Grand Prize winner may choose one (1) of the following Grand Prize packages: Option 1: One (1) 2023 Honda Talon 1000 UTV Vehicle with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of up to Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00USD). The maximum Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $40,000. The maximum value of the prize set forth above represents the Sponsor’s good faith determination of the maximum ARV thereof, and the actual fair market value, as ultimately determined the Sponsor and/or Administrator, cannot be challenged or appealed. Option 2: Cash Alternative Grand Prize consisting of Twenty Thousand dollars ($20,000.00USD) awarded to the eligible Grand Prize Winner in the form of a check or electronic bank transfer.
MONTHLY PRIZES/ODDS: There will be two (2) Monthly Prize Winners awarded to receive one (1) Weekly Prize per each winner consisting of a $100 gift certificate to redeem online at eBay Motors and a package of apparel and promotional items determined solely by the Sponsors and/or Administrator. The ARV of each Monthly Prize is $200. A total of none (9) Monthly Prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor or Administrator will not replace lost, stolen or mutilated gift cars. All winners of the Monthly Prizes will remain eligible for the Grand Prize. The Odds of winning Monthly Prizes depends upon the number of eligible Entries Received.
