o The trip is for two people sharing in a double room. International and regional flights will be supplied by Avianca. Single rooms available for additional costs. Black out dates apply. Cannot be substituted for another trip and there is no monetary value. Deviations are permitted for additional costs. Travel must be completed by June 30 2018
– Avianca will offer two (2) round-trip tickets in Economy Class for the Grand Prize Winner and one companion from any of their gateways in the US (including: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Houston, Washington, DC, New York, Orlando, Ft Lauderdale, Miami, Chicago, Dallas and Boston), to final destinations in Peru, including Lima and Cusco. o Travel is only valid on flights operated by Aerovías del Continente Americano S.A., TACA International Airlines S.A., Trans American Airlines S.A. d/b/a TACA Peru, Lineas Aereas Costarricenses S.A., and Aviateca S.A. (collectively, the “Carriers’). Allow at least three weeks for processing. Travel must be completed by June 30, 2018. Travel is not available during high season (one week prior to and one week after Easter Sunday, from June 1st to August 15th and from November 15th to January 15th). Travel requires payment of carrier fees and government-imposed taxes; such charges are subject to change. No itinerary changes are permitted after the tickets have been requested. Stopovers not permitted. Travel is not eligible to accrue LIFEMILES. Travel is being provided on a space-available basis. Passengers holding tickets for confirmed reserved space will have boarding priority over you and your companion. In the event you and your travel companion are denied boarding, you and your travel companion will not be eligible for denied boarding compensation, however, re-accommodation will be offered on one of the Carriers’ later flights. The Carriers’ sole liability in the event you and your companion do not wish to be re-accommodated on a later flight or in the event of a refusal to transport shall be limited to a refund of carrier fees and government-imposed taxes paid for any unused transportation. – Eagle Creek will offer the Grand Prize Winner and his/her companion Eagle Creek travel gear, with a total ARV of $1,000.00, courtesy of Eagle Creek. Eagle Creek’s travel gear products are subject to Eagle Creek approval and available stock inventory and may be substituted at Eagle Creek’s sole discretion.
– AFAR Media will offer the Grand Prize Winner and his/her companion an adventure travel package and subscription for one year to AFAR Magazine, with a total ARV of $500, courtesy of AFAR Media.
– Pisco Porton will offer the Grand Prize Winner and his/her companion Porton product and a VIP Tour to Pisco Porton’s Hacienda la Caravello distillery, with a total ARV of $500, courtesy of Pisco Porton.
– World Nomads will offer the Grand Prize Winner and his/her companion travel Insurance Package (up to 2-week Standard Plan travel insurance policy from World Nomads), with a total ARV of $154, courtesy of World Nomads.
o Travel Insurance plan must be purchased through Worldnomads.com and with proof of purchase will be reimbursed immediately. The travel insurance policy from World Nomads will be issued subject to the applicants’ meeting eligibility criteria and subject to policy’s terms, conditions and exclusions. If the potential winner is not eligible for travel insurance through World Nomads, he or she will be responsible for obtaining his or her own travel insurance to cover all activities.
