The Sweepstakes Prize consists of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for Prize winner and one (1) guest from a major airport nearest the Prize winner’s city of residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Washington, D.C. on January 19, 2009 (if winner lives within 100 miles of the DC area, ground transportation will be provided instead) ; (ii) hotel accommodations in Washington, D.C. (double occupancy) for 3 days/2 nights; (iii) ground transportation in Washington, D.C. to and from the airport and to various Sweepstakes activities; (iv) a make-over in Washington, D.C. for the Prize winner and guest that will include hair styling, make-up, shoes (which the Prize winner may keep) and the loan of a couture designer ball gown by Marc Bouwer provided that the gown must be returned in good condition to Sponsor no later than January 21, 2009 (if the Prize winner’s guest is male, the guest will receive a hair styling and a tuxedo on loan which must be returned to Sponsor in good condition no later than January 21, 2009); (v) attendance at the Creative Coalition Ball in Washington, D.C. on January 20, 2009; (vi) the sum of $600.00 in spending money; (vii) two (2) QVC beauty and fashion gift bags featuring top QVC brands; and (ix) an appearance on an episode of EXTRA to be taped in Washington, D.C. provided that the broadcast of such taped appearance shall be solely within the EXTRA producers’ discretion. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize: $30,800.00.
