Your Personal Nominee must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence.
You must be personally familiar with your Personal Nominee. You may nominate yourself or you may nominate another individual providing that you have received that individual’s permission to nominate him/herself, he/she understands and accepts the terms and conditions of the Promotion, including these Official Rules, agrees to his/her Nomination hereunder, and warrants the information submitted is accurate.
If your Personal Nominee is selected by the Judging Panel, he/she must agree to participate in an interview and/or the vetting process determined by the Judging Panel
Your Personal Nominee must have demonstrated a sustained and recurring pattern of actions and/or body of work that contributes to their community, to others and/or to a cause.
The work of your Personal Nominee must be readily verifiable by individuals or organizations other than yourself and your Personal Nominee.

There is a limit of one (1) Nomination per person and a limit of one (1) prize per Personal Nominee.

Judging and Winner Determination: During the Judging Period, Nominations will be judged by a panel of the Sponsor’s qualified marketing and advertising professionals (“Judging Panel”) and will be judged and weighted equally on the following points: (a) degree of impact the Personal Nominee’s work has made; (b) the length of time the work or actions have been demonstrated and (c) the degree of effort/investment of time/energy/resources associated with the Personal Nominee’s work. Any Personal Nominee under consideration by the Judging Panel must agree to (if requested) an interview conducted by phone, and/or an on-site personal visit/interview and if requested, provide up to three (3) references which can document the work stated in the Nomination. The Judging Panel will select ten (10) Personal Nominees as potential winners (“Potential Winners”). A Potential Winner is not an official winner (“Official Winner”) until his/her eligibility has been verified and Potential Winner has been notified that verification is complete. The decisions of the Sponsor and Judging Panel in all matters relating to this Promotion are final. At Sponsor’s sole discretion, if an inadequate number of Nominations or Nominations of inadequate quality are received, Sponsor reserves the right NOT to select any Nominations as Potential Winners or to select fewer than ten (10) Potential Winners.
7) Prizes – Ten (10) Official Winners will each receive $10,000 awarded by check (“Prize”). There are a total of ten (10) prizes available with a total value of all prizes being $100,000.
