Prize: (1 winner) a trip for two to attend the Public Solemn Pontifical Mass at Yankee Stadium in New York City, New York, tentatively scheduled for April 20, 2008(“Event”). The Grand Prize will include (2) nights and three (3) days trip for two which includes: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two to New York City, NY(the “Destination”) from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, near the winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sirius; provided that Sirius reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) 2-nights hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only); (c) Two (2) tickets Public Solemn Pontifical Mass at Yankee Stadium; and (d) $250 spending cash. Date, time and location of Event is subject to change by sponsor of Event and is not the responsibility of Sirius. If cancelled, Sirius’ only obligation to the Grand Prize winner is to award the transportation and hotel accommodations listed above. All traveling companions must be 18 years or older, sign a release prior to booking travel, and if a Minor (as determined in his or her state of residency) must have a parent or legal guardian sign the release on his/her behalf. Actual retail value of the Grand Prize depends on location of winner and fares at time of departure but is estimated at $3150 each. All other expenses not mentioned herein, including without limitation, ground transportation, meals, additional hotel amenities, fees and gratuities, are the responsibility of the winner and traveling companion. If selected Grand Prize winner is unable to travel on dates specified, tentatively scheduled for April 18, 2008 and April 21, 2008, the selected Grand Prize winner will forfeit the prize and another entrant will be selected from among eligible Entries received.
