The one (1) verified Winner of this Contest will receive one (1) trip for two (2) (the Winner and one (1) guest age
eighteen (18) or older) to one (1) of the following destinations listed in “Attachment A” of these official rules (each a
“Destination City”). Destination City will be based on the Winner’s selection pursuant to these Contest rules. Trip
includes: (i) roundtrip economy airfare for two (2) people (the Winner and their one (1) guest age eighteen (18) or
older) from a major commercial airport within ninety (90) miles of Winner’s residence (as determined in the sole
discretion of the Contest Administrator) to a major commercial airport in the selected Destination City (as determined
in the sole discretion of the Contest Administrator); (ii) two (2) night’s hotel accommodations (one (1) room, standard
double occupancy) in the selected Destination City (as determined in the sole discretion of the Contest Administrator);
(iii) two (2) tickets to see Meghan Trainor in the selected Destination City on her tour date listed in “Attachment A” of
these official rules; and (iv) access for two (2) to the “Chef’s Kiss Gold VIP Package” in the selected Destination City
on the tour date which includes: early entry to the venue, access to the pre-show “Chef’s Kiss” Q+A with Meghan
Trainor and Ryan Trainor, an exclusive acoustic performance of one (1) song by Meghan Trainor, and
commemorative keepsakes (the “Prize”). The total value of the Prize is estimated at (but will not exceed) $4,500.0
