 PRIZES: The following Grand Prizes will be awarded each week, in Weeks 1-4, as described below.

 Total Prizes awarded in Weeks 1 – 4: Four (4) Grand Prize Winners and twenty (20) Second Place Prize Winners. Total Approximate Retail Value for All Prizes awarded in Week 1 – 4 is $2,436.

 Five (5) Second Place Prizes will each be awarded: one (1) NBA 2K12 game and an Eastbay T-shirt. Approximate Retail Value of each Second Place Prize is $64.

 In Week 5, One (1) First Place Grand Prize will be awarded: a $1,000 Eastbay gift card and an Eastbay T-shirt. Approximate Retail Value of Week 5 First Place Prize is $1,004.

 In Week 5, Five (5) Second Place Prize winners will each be awarded: One (1) $100 Eastbay Gift Card and an Eastbay T-shirt. Total Approximate Retail Value of each Second Place Prize is $104.

 If http://www.facebook.com/Eastbay reaches 1,000,000 fans by December 22, 2011, an additional one (1) $1,000 Eastbay Gift Card and an Eastbay T-shirt will be awarded to one (1) randomly selected participant. Sponsor reserves the right not to award if 1,000,000 fans are not reached by this date. Approximate Retail Value of Prize is $1,004.
