1. Instagram – use the Instagram application on your mobile device and upload an original photograph to your Instagram account following the Contest’s theme for that Round. In order for your entry to be validated, your Instagram profile settings must be public. Contest photo entries must be hashtagged with #ItsInMyNature and tag @Cabelas to be entered.
2. Twitter – upload an original photograph to your Twitter account following the Contest’s
theme for that Round. In order for your entry to be validated, your Twitter profile settings
must be public. Contest photo entries must be hashtagged with #ItsInMyNature and tag
@Cabelas to be entered.
The themes are as follows:
Round 1: Photograph theme of: My Outdoor Buddy;
Round 2: Photograph theme of: My Favorite Story;
Round 3: Photograph theme of: It’s In My Nature;
Round 4: Photograph theme of: My Favorite Adventure;
Round 5: Photograph theme of: My Secret Spot.
Photos must comply with Instagram and/or Twitter size and format guidelines.
Incomplete or inaccurate online entries are void. By successfully transmitting a completed
photograph as directed, you will be entered in the Contest. Contest may only be entered online
through Instagram or Twitter. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one entry per
person per Round. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple entries
by using multiple Twitter accounts or otherwise may be disqualified. Entries in excess of the
stated limit will be void.
WINNER SELECTION. At the end of the each Round, a qualified panel of judges will judge eligible entries on the basis of the following criteria:
Originality (50%): How creative and inventive was the content of entrant’s Entry?;
Consistency with Sponsor’s Brand Image and biweekly theme (25%): Does the entrant’s Entry accurately represent the Sponsor’s brand image and the biweekly theme?; and
Quality of photograph (25%): How well did the entrant present the Entry?
PRIZES: Five (5) Prizes: Each Round winner will receive: one (1) Cabela’s $100 Gift Card and one (1) GoPro Hero 3+ Black Edition Camera. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize is $500. ARV of all Prizes is $2,500.
