Jostens – Trip to Texas Sweepstakes

Prizes: One grand prize will be awarded. The winner and three additional attendees of winner’s choice (at least two attendees must be over the age of 21 and each attendee under the age of majority must provide parental consent and a liability to release in the form attached here to as Exhibit A) shall receive:
(i) a personalized tour of Jostens’ ring manufacturing facility located in Denton, Texas; (ii) coach class airfare and two night’s hotel accommodations (two standard rooms, double occupancy) including ground transportation and meals (travel and lodging subject to availability, restrictions and blackout
dates); and (iii) tickets to a concert from an artist/band of winner’s choice among Sugarland, Josh Turner, Billy Currington and Julianne Hough (artist/band subject to change without notice). Winner and attendees will be given meet
and greet passes to the artist/band. Concert tickets provided courtesy of Universal Music Distribution, a division of Universal Music Group Distribution, Corp., 111 Universal Hollywood Drive, Suite 400, Universal
City, CA 91608. The winner must execute and return a fully completed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. The aggregate retail value of all prizes is approximately $3,150.00.
