Prize: One (1) potential “Grand Prize” recipient and twenty (20) “First Prize” recipients will be selected pursuant to the random drawing procedure described in the immediately succeeding paragraph. The one (1) Grand Prize will be comprised of a flyaway trip for winner and guest to Los Angeles (or event host city) to attend the annual Complex Premium Goods event in December (exact date TBD) which includes two passes to event, roundtrip airfare, ground transportation and hotel accommodations (2 nights stay) as well as a Collaboration Capsule which includes one (1) limited edition pair of Skullcandy headphones, one (1) limited edition No Mas t-shirt, one (1) limited edition Flud Watch, one (1) limited edition Cult Crew bicycle.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is twenty five hundred dollars ($2500.00).
