ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about June 26, 2013 by Sponsor. The Winner will be notified by telephone and will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release within days (5) days of issuance or an alternate winner will be chosen.

Grand Prize shall include coach class airline tickets for up four (4) people (if age 18 or over, Winner and three (3) guests; if under age 18, Winner, one (1) parent or legal guardian and two (2) guests) to Los Angeles, up to two (2) hotel room(s) for two (3) nights at a hotel in or near Los Angeles, ground transportation to and from airport to hotel, four tickets to see Mindless Behavior at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live and a $250 Wet Seal shopping spree. 

Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $3,500.00. Grand Prize Winner and guest must be able to attend the event in Los Angeles, CA on date chosen and when the Artist will be performing or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
