Prizes: One grand prize trip for two (2) people to the World Smile Day event in Orlando on October 7, 2011 will be awarded. Trip includes:
 • Round-trip coach air transportation from a major airport near the winner’s residence for two (2) people to Orlando. Travel must begin/end with the same major airport. If the selected winner resides in Canada, Visit Orlando will provide air transportation for two (2) people to Orlando from Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, or Halifax International Airports. Winner is responsible for ground transportation to/from the winner’s and/or traveling guests’ residences to the airport(s) at point of origin. Once passengers are ticketed, an airline change fee must be paid by the winner to change flights or dates of travel. Additional costs including, but not limited to, seat assignment, baggage fees, etc. are determined by selected airline and will be the responsibility of the prizewinner.
 • Four (4) nights accommodations at a luxury Orlando-area hotel (as defined by Visit Orlando) in a double-occupancy room
 • Four (4) one-day one-park admission tickets to winner’s choice of Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando or SeaWorld Orlando.
 • Two invitations to World Smile Day event in Orlando
 • Full size rental car from Dollar Rent A Car for five (5) days; driver must be 25 years of age or older, have a valid driver’s license and credit card (subject to terms and conditions of rental car company) and will be responsible for any associated additional costs (including insurance, gas, taxes, etc).

 Entire trip must be taken between October 5, 2011 and October 9, 2011. All reservations are based on availability and must be booked at least 30 days in advance of travel date. No trips may be taken during the blackout periods specified by the aforementioned prize package partners. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Prize: $2,613.00.
