To enter the Contest, a contestant must use either his or her Twitter or Instagram account to create a public post, including either a photograph or video of an outdoor adventure or action sport and the hashtag “#FindYourXContest” and a description about outdoor adventure or action sports.Note: Sponsor discourages and may disqualify any entry that, in its sole and absolute discretion, believes depicts or promotes unlawful, illegal, unsafe or reckless behavior. Each entry must comply with these Official Rules, including but not limited to, the entry requirements set forth in Section 4.
For potential winner notification purposes, contestants who enter on Twitter must be a follower of @Jeep on Twitter at the time of entry and remain a follower of @Jeep on Twitter for at least forty-five (45) days after the Contest Period.
Entry Limit: There is a limit of one (1) entry per Twitter account per day and one (1) entry per Instagram account per day. A “day” is defined as starting at 12:00 AM (midnight) ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET on a calendar day during the Contest Period. Regardless of the method of entry, a contestant can only submit the same entry once on Twitter and once on Instagram during the entire Contest Period.
JUDGING AND WINNER SELECTION: After the Contest Period has ended, all eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be judged by a panel of judges selected by Sponsor (“Judges”). The Judges will score each entry according to the following weighted judging criteria: (1) “Creativity” – 30%, (2) “Originality” – 30%, and (3) “Relevance to the Contest theme of outdoor adventure and action sports” – 40%.
Prize (1): The Winner will receive a trip for two (2) people – Winner and one (1) guest – to Jeep X Games Aspen 2015 in Aspen, Colorado on or about January 22-25, 2015 (“Prize”). Prize includes: round-trip coach-class air transportation for the Prize Winner and his or her guest (departure and arrival airports selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion); three (3) nights hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy); and a $500.00 Visa® gift card. The actual retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is up to $5,975.
