There will be three (3) winners. Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 9, 2010, and will be notified by mail, e-mail, and/or telephone. If potential winners cannot be contacted, do not respond within five (5) days, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winners forfeit all rights to any prize, and alternate winners may be selected. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. The prize awarded to each of the three (3) selected winners will be a randomly selected, signed, framed, print of a Penguin illustration by one of the following artists: Judy Schachner, David Soman, or Anna Dewdney. The approximate retail value of the prize is $100.
