Prize: First Prize. One (1) First Prize Winner shall receive The Perfect NYC Date Night for the Winner and one (1) guest consisting of:

• A two night stay at the Quin hotel in a Premier Room (subject to the Prize Terms and Conditions below);
• Economy roundtrip airfare for the Winner and one (1) guest (up to $1,000 and subject to the Prize Terms and Conditions below);
• Flowers from Noir Hannah upon arrival;
• A gift of an Daniel Egneus candle upon arrival;
• Dinner for two (2) at The Wayfarer Restaurant (up to $200);
• A couples massage at Exhale Mind Body Spa in NYC

The Approximate Retail Value (the “ARV”) of the First Prize is $2,640

Second Prize. One (1) Second Prize Winner shall receive a pair of 18K diamond hoop earrings with an approximate 0.94 cttw. The ARV of the Second Prize is $1,599.90.

Third Prize. One (1) Third Prize Winner shall receive a Raymond Weil Men’s “Tango” Watch. The ARV of the Third Prize is $519.90.

Prizes are subject to the following Terms and Conditions (“Prize Terms and Conditions”):

Travel must be booked by June 1, 2014 and completed by December 29, 2014 or prize will be forfeited. Travel subject to the following blackout dates: Monday, May 19, 2014 – Wednesday, May 21, 2014; Monday, June 2, 2014 – Wednesday, June 4, 2014; Monday, September 22, 2014 – Wednesday, September 24, 2014; Wednesday, November 26, 2014 – Saturday, November 29, 2014; and Monday, December 01, 2014– Saturday, December 06, 2014. Sponsor will not compensate Winner for any portion of the prize not redeemed or for the entire value of the prize if not able to comply with these Prize Terms and Conditions. Actual prize value depends on the location of the Winner’s residence and dates of travel. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Winner is responsible for any transportation not specifically noted in these rules. Winner and one (1) guest must travel together on the same itinerary, from the closest major airport to the Winner’s residence, and both Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents prior to travel. Certain restrictions, as determined by Sponsor, may apply. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate Winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor’s discretion. If Winner and guest cannot comply with these restrictions or any other portion of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate Winner will be chosen. Winner is responsible for the difference in the cost of airfare if above the cap of $1,000. In the event the Winner lives within 250 miles from New York City, NY, ground transportation only (not air transportation) will be provided to and from the hotel. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice and trip must be taken on a date of the Sponsor’s choosing. Flight details are subject to availability and airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Released Parties are not responsible for lost or mutilated tickets and none will be replaced. Airline tickets are non–refundable, non–transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. If any portion of the prize is not available for any reason then the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of the prize with another prize of comparable or greater value. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless the child or legal ward of Winner, and must complete and return a publicity and liability release at least ten (10) days prior to departure. If guest is the child or legal ward of the Winner, Winner must execute and return all required documents on behalf of such child or legal ward.

The total ARV of the prizes is $4,789.80.
