Grand Prize #1 (2): Two (2) grand prize #1 will be awarded for weekend #1 of Coachella. Each grand prize #1 consists of: two (2) VIP 3-day tickets to Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival for weekend #1 (4/15/2022 – 4/17/2022); hotel accommodations for two (2) people—one room, double occupancy—for three (3) nights (4/15/2022 – 4/18/2022); two shuttle passes for transportation between hotel/Coachella and VIP access to the Heineken House at Coachella (based upon availability). If winner resides outside of CA, winner shall receive a $500 travel stipend awarded in the form of a gift card from the Sponsor designated gift card provider, and subject to the terms and conditions of issuing gift card provider policy. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each grand prize #1 award: $3,000 or $3,500 if winner resides outside CA. Total ARV of all available grand prize #1: $6,000 or $6,500.

There will be two prize pools for grand prize #1 (weekend #1 of Coachella):

· One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries received as of date and time of drawing on or about 4/11/2022;

· One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries received from among residents of CA as of date and time of drawing on or about 4/11/2022;

Grand Prize #2 (2): Two (2) grand prize #2 will be awarded for weekend #2 of Coachella. Each grand prize #2 consists of: two (2) VIP 3-day tickets to Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival for weekend #2 (4/22/2022 – 4/24/2022); hotel accommodations for two (2) people—one room, double occupancy—for three (3) nights (4/22/2022 – 4/25/2022); two shuttle passes for transportation between hotel/Coachella and VIP access to the Heineken House at Coachella. If winner resides outside of CA, winner shall receive a $500 travel stipend awarded in the form of a gift card from the Sponsor designated gift card provider, and subject to the terms and conditions of issuing gift card provider policy. ARV of each grand prize #2 award: $3,000 or $3,500 if winner resides outside CA. Total ARV of all available grand prize #2: $6,000 or $6,500.

Each regional prize #1 consists of: two (2) General Admission 3-day tickets to Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival for weekend #1 (4/15/2022 – 4/17/2022). ARV of each regional prize #1 award: $1,000. Total ARV of all available Regional prize #1: $3,000.

· Winners of regional prize #1 shall be selected from all eligible entries received from among residents of AZ, CA and NV as of date and time of drawing on or about 4/11/2022.

Regional Prize #2 (3): Three (3) regional prize #2 will be awarded for weekend #2 of Coachella. Each regional prize #2 consists of: two (2) General Admission 3-day tickets to Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival for weekend #2 (4/22/2022 – 4/25/2022). ARV of each regional prize #2 award: $1,000. Total ARV of all available Regional prize #2: $3,000.

· Winners of regional prize #2 shall be selected from all eligible entries received from among residents of AZ, CA and NV as of date and time of drawings on or about 4/18/2022, 4/19/2022, and 4/20/2022 (to select one winner per drawing date).

First Prize (1): One (1) first prize will be awarded. The first prize consists of Heineken merchandise item(s) consisting of the merchandise as solely determined and designated by Sponsor based upon availability. Sizes as solely determined and designated by Sponsor based upon availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternate merchandise item(s) of approximate equal or greater value, based upon availability, in its sole discretion. Approximate retail value (ARV) of first prize award: $100.
