One (1) Grand Prize with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $1,000 CAD / $800 US:
• A 30-minute meeting with a CCM endorsee to be held no later than November 16,
2018 in Canada or in the United States, in a city near the Grand Prize winner’s
residence; and
• Two (2) tickets for a hockey game of such CCM endorsee occurring on or about
the same date of the meeting referred to above.
One thousand (1,000) Secondary Prizes with total approximate aggregate retail value
(“ARV”) of $46,190 CAD / $41,690 US:
• Ten (10) pairs of JetSpeed FT1 Skates (ARV of each: $999.99 CAD /
$849.99 US);
• Ten (10) JetSpeed Sticks (ARV of each: $299.99 CAD / $249.99 US);
• Thirty (30) JetSpeed Gloves (ARV of each: $219.99 CAD / $199.99 US); and
