Grand Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip to Las Vegas, Nevada. The Grand Prize Trip will include: roundtrip coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest from the gateway airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s home (selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Las Vegas, Nevada; 3-days/2-nights hotel accommodations (VIP Suite/double occupancy at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas); airport transfer to and from the airport to the hotel; and dinner for two at a hotel restaurant. Also, if available (but not subject to cash or other substitution if not available), access to the “Day Club” with a reserved cabana, two tickets to a show at hotel and VIP entrance to a hotel night club with table service but the Grand Prize Winner and Guest must pay for their own alcoholic beverages. If a Grand Prize Winner and/or his/her Guest live within two fifty hundred (250) miles from the metropolitan Las Vegas, Nevada, then the Sponsor may elect to provide the Grand Prize Winner and Guest with ground transportation (or reimbursement at $0.51/mile for self transportation at Sponsor’s sole discretion) to the hotel and no compensation or substitution will be provided for any difference in prize value. The Grand Prize Winner and the Guest must be able to complete the Grand Prize Trip before March 31, 2012 and be prepared to stay in Las Vegas, Nevada for three (3) days. If a Grand Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, unable to complete the Grand Prize Trip before March 31, 2012, or refuses to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release, then the Sponsor may randomly select a new Grand Prize Winner from the pool of eligible Entrants.
The Guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and must also sign a Liability & Publicity Release.
The Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest must travel on the same itinerary, and all travel arrangements must be made with Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent. Travel arrangements are subject to availability, and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the dates for any travel. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or similar items once they are in the Grand Prize Winner’s possession or in the possession of a guest. Some restrictions may apply. No cancellation of reservation or transfer of reservations to another date will be permitted after the reservations have been made. Grand Prize Winner and Guest are solely responsible for obtaining any desired or necessary travel documents, travel insurance or any other form of insurance desired (and at their own expense). Grand Prize Winner and Guest hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance for any trip. It is the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest to arrive at the designated U.S. gateway airport in time for each flight of the applicable trip.
