Sunstar GUM – Sweet Thanks Giveaway

Provide a photo (“Photo”) of the person who you want to thank for making your life sweeter with their express consent, or the consent of their parent or guardian. Verification of consent must be provided if asked for by the sponsor. Photos of animals will not be accepted. Photos must be accompanied by a caption detailing the reasons why this person makes life sweeter and is being thanked. The person in the photo must have an existing relationship with the entrant. Photos of public figures will not be accepted.
There is no limit to how many entries each person and Facebook account can submit. However, You may not use multilple Facebook accounts to enter the Contest and an entrant who submits through multiple Facebook acocats will be immediately disqualified and blocked. In the event any entrant submits the same photo more than once, the first Entry received by Sponsor will be deemed that entrant’s Entry.
GRAND PRIZE: All Entries will be displayed in Sweet Thanks Contest app gallery on Sunstar GUM Oral Care Products Facebook page under the View Entries tab from November 6, 2014 through November 20, 2014 (“Voting Period”). During the Voting Period, followers of the Sunstar GUM Oral Care Products Facebook page (“Followers”) may visit the gallery and vote for their favorite Entry by following the instructions provided. Followers may only vote once each day (24 hour period) during the Voting Period.
Five(5) Finalists will be selected on November 21, 2014 based on the highest number of votes received from Followers, and additional five (5) Finalists will be selected based on the quality of their entry. A panel of qualified judges selected by Sponsor will judge and rate each qualified Entry based on the following criteria: (a) inspirational quality; (b) admirability and (c) overall quality. One Grand Prize Winner will be selected by the judges based on highest scores using the Judging Criteria.
The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by e-mail within five days of selection. In the event of a tie, the tie will be broken by the judges using the Judging Criteria. In the event a potential winner’s Entry is disqualified, the entrant who received the next highest score will be a potential prize winner, and must comply with the requirements in these Official Rules. All decisions of the judges are final and binding.
