Shoe Carnival 12 Days of Christmas Trivia Contest 2011

The daily Trivia Question may be found on the Wall tab of the Shoe Carnival, Inc. brand Facebook® page. A separate, discrete Trivia Question will be posted for each of the twelve (12) Contest days.

 To enter the Contest, each participant must submit an email, during the Daily Contest Period, to the Contest email, fbpromo@scvl.com. The email must include each of the following in order to be a valid entry:
 (1) the correct answer to that respective day’s Trivia Question;
 (2) the Participant’s name;
 (3) the Participant’s date of birth; and
 (4) the Participant’s zip code.

 Each Participant may only enter the Contest once per day. The information provided will automatically enroll the Participant in the Sponsor’s email program. Any Participant who wishes to opt-out of the email program may do so at any time.

 One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries submitted during the Daily Contest Period on each day of the twelve (12) days of the Contest Period. Only entrants who meet the above-listed eligibility requirements and who submit valid entries during the Daily Contest Period on the day of the drawing will be eligible to win.

 Prizes: Two (2) Shoe Carnival Reward Cards with an ARV of $50 and 00/100 Dollars ($50.00) will be awarded to each daily winner.
