Grand Prize: One (1) “Grand Prize” is available to be won. Grand Prize is one (1) custom NOS vehicle. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is: $50,000. GRAND PRIZE WINNER MUST TAKE DELIVERY OF GRAND PRIZE WITHIN THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. Grand Prize Winner must have a valid US drivers’ license and proof of insurance to take possession of the Grand Prize.
First Prize: One (1) “First Prize” is available to be won. First Prize includes:
(a) round-trip, economy class airfare tickets for the First Prize winner and his/her one (1) guest (guest must be 18+ years old) from a major airport near the winner’s residence in the United States (as selected by NOS in its sole discretion) to an airport near Seattle, WA (as selected by NOS in its sole discretion);
(b) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) for the Grand Prize winner and his/her one (1) guest;
(c) a chance for the First Prize winner and his/her guest to participate in a VIP experience with Chris Forsberg either on August 4th or 5th, 2016 (subject to change and Mr. Forsberg’s availability);
(d) two (2) tickets to a Drift Race August 4th or 5th, 2016 in Monroe, WA (subject to change); and
(e) $200 in spending money.
ARV of the First Prize is: $8,000. Ancillary costs are not included in the First Prize.
In the event the Winner lives within close proximity to the trip destination (as determined in NOS’s sole discretion), NOS will substitute airfare with ground transportation, and any difference in value will not be awarded to the First Prize Winner.
Second Prize: One Hundred (100) “Second Prizes” are available to be won. Each Second Prize is a one (1) NOS® Energy Drink hoodie. Each Second Prize’s ARV is $40. Total ARV of all Second Prizes is $4,000.
