Limit: Each entrant may receive a maximum of two (2) Sweepstakes entries during the Promotion Period; one (1) entry for registering through method a or c described above, and one (1) entry for Tweeting with Twitter through method b described above. 
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize will consist of the following two (2) elements:

a. A 2013 Chevrolet Traverse LTZ. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $ 48,680.00

Administrator will determine all features of vehicle including but not limited to color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner is responsible for title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize. Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Administrator. The 2013 Chevrolet Traverse availability will coincide with when this model goes into production; and

b. A trip for two (2) to attend the 2014 Indianapolis 500-Mile Race at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (held on May 24, 2014). Trip package includes round trip, coachclass air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Administrator in its sole discretion) to a major commercial airport near Indianapolis, IN for four (4) days and three (3) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Administrator in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to the 2014 Indianapolis 500-Mile Race, including trackside meals and hospitality (seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and $500 in spending money.

Winner and guest must travel on May 22 – May 25 2014, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. ARV: $4,850.
