GRAND PRIZE (1): A 2014 Chevy Silverado LTZ (Maximum Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price $53,170) (the “Grand Prize vehicle”) and a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Flippin, Arkansas on dates specified by Sponsor.

Sponsor will determine all features of Grand Prize vehicle including but not limited to color of exterior and interior. Any otherfeatures or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner is responsible for all costs associated with winning the Grand Prize vehicle, including but not limited to: taxes, vehicle registration, license, title and insurance fees, gasoline, maintenance, mileage, wear and tear and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the Grand Prize vehicle not specified herein. Winner must take delivery of Grand Prize vehicle within 30 days of notice of availability from a Chevrolet dealer near winner’s residence, that Sponsor has selected, or the Grand Prize vehicle will be forfeited. Trip for two (2) to Flippin, Arkansas includes a tour for winner and guest of the Ranger Boat plant, a meet and greet with Forrest L. Wood, a guided fishing trip on the Bull Shoals Lake tentatively scheduled for October 4-6, 2013, standard hotel accommodations for three (3) days and two (2) nights (one (1) room, double occupancy), round trip coach class air transportation for winner and guest from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Flippin, Arkansas including two-hundred-fifty-dollar ($250) rental car per-diem (winner or winner’s guest must be eligible and comply with rental company’s terms and conditions or this portion of the prize will be forfeited), and the opportunity to fish with a professional (exact date, time, location, and professional for fishing event to be determined by Sponsor).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of trip: $3,250. If winner lives within a 100-mile radius of Flippin, Arkansas, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. Winner and guest must travel on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, awarded to an alternate winner.

Total ARV of Grand Prize: $56,420.
