HOW TO ENTER (3 ways):

3- VIA TEXT MESSAGE AS PROMOTED ON THE VIDEO BOARD DURING SELECT EVENTS: At select events as determined by the Sponsor, entrants will be instructed via video board to text a designated “keyword” to the short code 57533 to play a game and opt-in via text to enter the Sweepstakes.
PRIZES:
Five (5) Grand Prizes (one Grand Prize per Entry Period): A one (1) day trip for the winner and up to ten (10) guests (each, a “Guest”) to the basketball city in the continental United States of their choice.

Trip includes:
(i) roundtrip airfare on a private jet for the Grand Prize winner and up to ten (10) guests (collectively, “Group”) from airport near Grand Prize winner’s hometown at time of entry as selected at the discretion of Sponsor to continental United States city chosen; ground transportation or other arrangements may be substituted at Sponsor’s discretion;
(ii) ground transportation to and from the destination airport (if applicable) and the basketball prize activities;
(iii) select group basketball prize activities (all activities and arrangements to be determined at the discretion of the Sponsor);
(iv) select food and beverage (food and beverage to be determined at the discretion of the Sponsor);
(v) $100 spending money for each member of the Group, awarded in the form of a bank gift card to be prized onsite; and
(vi) an Alltel wireless handset and a $25 Alltel gift card for the Grand Prize winner only (wireless handset and accessory manufacturers and models to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion).

In addition to the Grand Prize outlined above, the Grand Prize winner will also receive a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check, which is intended to assist with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize (the “Tax Gross-Up Payment”). The amount of the Tax Gross-Up Payment will be computed based upon the actual retail value of the Grand Prize and assuming the Grand Prize winner’s combined tax rate for all federal, state, and other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize is 34%, but in no event will the Tax Gross-up Payment exceed $20,000.

The Estimated Total Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize including the Tax Gross-Up Payment is $83,375.
