A. Grand Prize (1): The grand prize is one (1) sport-utility ATV (make, model, and other
specifications to be selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); and a check
in the amount of $2,000 made payable to the grand prize winner (“Grand Prize”). Only
one (1) Grand Prize will be available in the Sweepstakes. The Approximate Retail Value
(“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $12,599.
NOTE: Except as otherwise set forth herein, each winner is solely responsible for
all costs and expenses associated with delivery of an ATV Prize and must take
delivery of the ATV Prize at Sponsor-selected location. Each winner bears all risk of
loss on ATV Prize delivery upon winner verification. Actual Grand Prize vehicle,
including all Grand Prize specifications, will be selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion.
Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Each
winner will be solely responsible for any additional features, upgrades or options to a
Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for all obligations, taxes and
expenses, including, but not limited to, sales tax, luxury tax, destination charges,
registration, title and license fees, insurance, tax, and all other costs incurred in claiming,
registering or using the Grand Prize. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth
herein are solely the Grand Prize winner’s responsibility. No other fulfillment option will
be available. Grand Prize winner must present his or her valid U.S. driver’s license and
provide satisfactory proof of liability insurance prior to the fulfillment of the Grand Prize.
Grand Prize details and availability are subject to change.
B. First Prizes (500 total; 125 per Entry Period): The first prize is a Keystone Light hat
(“First Prize”). Five hundred (500) total First Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes,
one hundred twenty-five (125) per Entry Period. The ARV of each First Prize is $7.95.
The total ARV of all First Prizes is $3,975.
C. Second Prizes (500 total; 125 per Entry Period): The second prize is a Keystone Light
t-shirt (size selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (“Second Prize”). Five hundred
(500) total Second Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes, one hundred twenty-five
(125) per Entry Period. The ARV of each Second Prize is $6.95. The total ARV of all
Second Prizes is $3,475.
D. Total ARV: The total ARV of all available prizes (collectively, “Prizes”) in the
Sweepstakes is $20,049
